n on Dunsmore on 25 November 2013 at 7.30pm.
\n Graham Rew\, specialist dental accountant of Hazlewoods LLP will look at the t
ax benefits available from Incorporating a Dental Practice together with s
ome of the practical points that need to be considered during the process.
\n Alexander Hall\, specialist dental solicitor of
Meade King LLP\, will consider the opportunities to incorporate now with t
he NHS England policy making it possible\, along with some downsides and r
isks that have been introduced by the new policy. Alex will also discuss t
he other legal issues\, considerations and implications of incorporating\,
as well as discussing some of the other new policies\, on clawback\, reba
sing\, breach notices\, variations of contracts\, adding and removing part
ners\, relocation and 24 hour retirement.
\n The meeting is open to c
ontract holders\, performers and practice managers and provides an opportu
nity to understand the legal issues in the New NHS Structure.
